Print Usage

Any photographic prints purchased from this site are also bound by strict usage rules and are intended solely for private use. Private use is limited to the following examples…

Mounting and framing for display within your own home or office for all non-commercial reasons.
Packaging and posting the print (framed or unframed) as a gift for no commercial gain.

You may not…

Reproduce the print in any manor, including but not limited to photographing, scanning or photocopying the print.
Make any commercial gain from the print through resale by any means without express written consent from myself.
Modify the print in any way, including the removal of any labels attached to the print.

Colour Accuracy

Our equipment is colour calibrated and all photographs are prepared for optimum quiality and colour accuracy. Due to the different printing mediums and variations in production the colours within any products available from Sussex Vistas may not precisely match those displayed on this website. All effort will be made to ensure each print is as exact as possible and each one will be personally reviewed before being dispatched.

Cancellations and Refunds

All of our products are printed to order due to the range of materials and sizes available. Because of this we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the product is physically damaged in transit.

We personally inspect each product fully before packaging it for delivery and all items are sent with a suitable level of insurance should any damage occur.

If in the unfortunate event your product is damaged please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return and replacement product. You will be required to cover the cost of return postage and the product is your responsibilty until we recieve and sign for it.

Changes to the Agreement

I reserve the right to change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Important Notice

By viewing this site and downloading any image from this site you automatically accept the above terms and conditions. Any breach of the above terms and conditions will lead to legal proceedings. I will pursue all breaches of copyright to the fullest extent and seek maximum damages without negotiation. If you do not agree with any of the above conditions please leave this site immediately.
